STEAM REFORMING PROCESS
The basic purpose of the steam reforming process is to produce synthesis gas (CO, H2) from various hydrocarbon feed stocks for example natural gas, refinery off-gases, LPG or naphtha. High value products, such as hydrogen, ammonia and methanol are generated in further steps downstream of the steam reforming reactor in different catalytic processes.
